Our coaching services will help you plan your training sessions based on your seasonal goals. Good planning will help you optimise your time and improve yourself in terms of motivation, wellbeing and performance.

Our coaches will be with you not just during the planning stage but also on the field and remotely using online coaching platforms.

Training

Our training services are suitable for runners of every level, from the novice to the advanced athlete. Every week we meet up for a coordinated group session that you can integrate with personal running activities – prior booking required.

Our training sessions are held in the “Bruno Betti” Sports Centre in Florence.

Running Class

Our training class is held every Wednesday from 6:30pm to 8pm. Changing rooms and showers available.

Personal Running

Our personal running sessions include a one-to-one practice. Booking required.
