Rolling in the storm

Hills of Tuscany, 130 kilometers of dirt road, 1350 meters in altitude. The Rolling Dreamers Club could not miss the Granfondo Strade Bianche 2018, the cycling race on gravel roads that begins and ends in Siena.
The “Europe’s most southern northern classic” is a legend of cycling, which traces the route of the golden age of cycling, when racing on asphalt wasn’t really an option.
An unmissable opportunity, with whatever we love: cycling, adventure and fun.
As usual, to make this experience truly unforgettable, we decided to reach Siena from Florence by bike… under a storm!

Unforgettable - A dreamy experience

There were three busy days in which we rode the quietest roads between Florence and Siena – once training routes of the Italian cycling heros – and we enjoyed the beauty of the nature.
They were days of great effort and courage, since we stood up to pedal against the rain and the cold, but also days for comfort and wellness thanks to the care of the Montesignano farm.
We watched the professionals race, and found the right energy thanks to yoga and the natural cuisine of our velochef Fabrizio Bartoli.
And finally, on the third day, the Rolling Dreamers team was ready for the Gran Fondo Strade Bianche race, and we rode on the legendary dirt roads from the Fortezza Medicea to the finish line in Piazza del Campo. It was an amazing experience, thanks to the organizers and to the dreamers who shared with us this two wheels adventure!
